Online Utility Service Application

Service Activation or Cancellation

Customers now have the ability to establish new, transfer or cancel Commercial or Residential Utility Services online. The process is listed below.

  1. Complete the Utility Service Application in its entirety.
  2. Attach a picture ID and proof of occupancy such as closing documents, lease or rental agreement, including signature page(s).
  3. Sign and submit the Application.
  4. We will calculate your deposit and send an invoice to the email address supplied on the application (usually within the hour, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm)
  5. Once the payment is received, your new account will be activated. Payments received before 12:00 noon will have the service activated on the same day.
