Service Activation or Cancellation
Customers now have the ability to establish new, transfer or cancel Commercial or Residential Utility Services online. The process is listed below.
- Complete the Utility Service Application in its entirety.
- Attach a picture ID and proof of occupancy such as closing documents, lease or rental agreement, including signature page(s).
- Sign and submit the Application.
- We will calculate your deposit and send an invoice to the email address supplied on the application
(usually within the hour, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm)
- Once the payment is received, your new account will be activated. Payments received before 12:00 noon will have the service activated on the same day.
