SRF PS44 Improvements

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: PS44 Rehabilitation 

Mott MacDonald Project No. 502101059-002. 

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division office located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 2:00 pm CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 10.

The Project includes the following Work:

Improvements to PS 44 including but not limited to replacement of pumps, replacement of electrical systems and replacement of piping.

The Project has an expected duration of 270 days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 4pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

All bid documents including Plans, Specifications and Addenda are available in a pdf format from the City of Panama City’s Purchasing Division office. All Bidders must be registered plan holders and must pick up bid documents from the Engineer, Mott MacDonald, to be added to the plan holders list. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer’s office. Addenda, if any, will be provided electronically to plan holders, as well as posted on the City’s website, and a return receipt will be requested to verify receipt.

Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 2:00 pm CT at the City of Panama City, City Hall, Lower Level Room 10, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
