Notice of Public Hearings for Fiscal Year 2024 Tentative Budget and Millage Rate

The City Commission will hold the first Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2024 Tentative Budget and Millage rate for the City and Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) on September 14, 2023 at 5:01 p.m.. The Mayor and Commissioners voted in July to cap the proposed millage rate at 4.7999 mills for the City and 3.0000 mills for the DIB, representing no increase from the previous millage rates.

The Second and Final Public Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget and Millage rate for the City and DIB will be held on September 26, 2023 at 5:01 p.m.

Both meetings will be held at the Bay County Government Center, located at 840 W. 11th Street.
