Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20230912.1 to transfer insurance proceeds received for Panama City Police Department vehicles, totaling $79,172.45, to be used for the fleet.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment No. 20230912.2 to utilize Law Enforcement Training Funds for the Police Department in the amount of $18,240.00.

10.c.

Consideration of approval of Budget Amendment Resolution No 20230912.3 to transfer funds from Quality-of-Life Capital Improvement Leisure Services Fund to the Capital Improvement Carl Gray Park Fund in the amount of $38,500.

Consideration of approval of Barge Design Solutions Daffin Park Project Revision Change Order Request No. 2 and Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20230912.7 in the amount of $51,330.
